System boilers

A system boiler stores hot water in a cylinder. Ideal for homes with multiple bathrooms.

Pros: Strong water pressure, can run multiple showers Cons: Requires a hot water cylinder

Regular (heat-only) boilers

The traditional option with a cold water tank in the loft. Best for older homes with existing gravity-fed systems.

Pros: Compatible with old pipework Cons: Takes up loft space, lower pressure
